It's a little hard to pose an immovable object so I tried to make up for that with the camera angle. The train is tilted slightly and the wheel assemblies are turned full left. Just imagine it's performing a power skid around that tough corner of railroad tracks.
This train looks awesome. love the texture work. This is portfolio worthy for sure.

ReplyDeleteI know you are not a huge fan of your train, but it really isn't that bad and is definately it good base if you ever wanted to expand on it in the future. Still a better decision that starting over in my opinion. It looks good. Maybe if the shot was in an environment it would look more like an action shot.

ReplyDeleteI can see the action just fine. Of course, it does have a lot to do with the camera. But what can you do? The texturing on this is really nice and the base mesh looks like it can be re-used or modified without that much of a hassle. Good choice.
