The wrinkles in the pants came out really well because the silhouette matches the normal map. You need to add some hair on his head so it looks like he shaved it a few days ago, maybe even make the hair look haggard like he didn't used a mirror when he shaved it off. If you look at some of Fallout 3's hair, a lot of the raiders had shaved styles with patches around the sided and stuff to make it look like they might have shaved with a knife or something. If you add that kind of thing to the model, It will defiantly give him more character.
It looks pretty cool to met. The rubs under the arms, are those scratches? It's looks kind of funny and catches my attention, but if it is scratches it works.
Now that looks good. If you want to give him the scuffed look on his skin, I have a few brushes for you. I would paint a small amount of hair on the top of his head. That way the hair growing out of it won't look like it's clipping.

ReplyDeleteYou may want to think about adding a bit more texture to his chest strap. Right now it sort of just looks like a huge black rubber band.
