Nice Sub-D model. The base where the blade connects to the blade seems like it might make the sword unnessecarily heavy, but ultimately it comes down to the syle you want.
I think considering how difficult this kind of modeling is, you did a good job getting all the unnecessary detail into this sword.
good job. my only comment would be that I thought gladii were more leaf bladed
Good job on the sword. I can't tell exactly how thin the blade is, but from what I can see, it has good-looking mass to it.
Great short sword! I like everything about it, however the hand guard is a little blocky.
