This is my latest screenshot for my vampire. I'm still working on the texture for the body, and I have some places to fix on the head where it is stretched.
Overall the texture maps looks great. Also the nose looks a bit funny with some issues going on there, so fix that up. Otherwise I can see this looking like a cool model especially after we see the normals baked and applied.
The texture is really good. No complaints there. As for the topology, Like Winston said, fix the bottom on the nose and make the nostrils more even. It looks good otherwise.
Texturing looks really cool. I'm glad he's coming to life. The texture pixels on his face look really large. Are you placing everything on 1 sheet? if so, give the head it's own texture space and free up room for everything else. Like this
you have a lot of great detail in your texture that really brings the whole model together. Did you used a photo texture or did you draw that?
